I'm not sure this recipe even warrants a blog post - it seriously is THAT quick. This is perfect for lunch or speedy dinner. Flavoursome, packed with protein and cheap too!
1 tin cooked chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise - vegan works well!
1 tsp mild/medium curry powder - you're choice how spicy
Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve with rice or another grain, roast veg, salad and chutney.
