Hello!
I am a creative home cook and baker with a passion for experimenting and creating new recipes. I focus on using delicious and exciting ingredients with a low environmental footprint.
I studied Environmental Sciences at the University of Bath and I specialise in sustainable food systems.
It is widely agreed that transformation of the food system is a vital mitigation strategy to climate change. Through policy, education and commitment, I believe we can make this happen.
