Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tin mixed beans + liquid
2 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp veg bouillon powder
1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp maple syrup
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a sauce pan and leave to simmer for 15-20 mins, adding a little water if needed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
